ALT runs entirely on your Mac. It reads your keystrokes only while Excel is the front app, and reads the labels of the menu Excel has open, so it can show and run the right command. It never reads cell contents, never records what you type, and never sends anything anywhere.
Your settings and any shortcut changes are stored on your Mac in Application Support.
This site has no analytics, no cookies, and no trackers.
Payment is handled by our checkout provider, which receives your email address and payment details in order to charge you and send your license key. We never see your card details. If license activation is enabled, the app sends your license key and an anonymous identifier for your Mac so a key can be used on one machine at a time.
